These are large and rare very thin top drilled white colored keshi pearls at approximately 11-12mm in size.
Comparing with the higher graded keshi pearls (Product No. LKS10031), these pearls have not only a few more natural surface markings and spots, but also in irregularity, as you can see from the pictures.
However pearls at this grade would be perfect for everyday jewelry making activities. Or if you are trying to create the natural and unique effect by showing they are made of nature.
