The brooch has a real pearl at the top with high quality cubic zirconia diamonds under. The pearl is approximately 8-8.5mm, perfectly round, freshwater cultured pearl, not imitation or plastic. It has a high luster and doesn`t have any visible markings on its surface.

The broach measures about 2 1/4" in one direction and about 3/4" in another direction.
