Even if our operators are not online, you can still click on it and leave a message. You will get an answer momentarily. It is more reliable than e-mail because there is no spam filter involved.

To ensure your email will be answered in a timely manner, we have created two different email addresses, mainly because people who give you the price quotes are usually not the ones who ship your orders and it might take longer to get back to you regarding your specific order, especially if it is time sensitive.
