A 6-month warranty ensures peace-of-mind with your purchase. All of the following items are covered under this warranty:

2) Any resize or restringing work. Only the extra pearl cost will be applied if you would like to upgrade your pearls in size or change the length of the necklace.
3) Any clasp changes. If you find another clasp you want or if you would like to change your necklace from single row to multi-strand - just let us know.
Whatever you would like to do with your purchased items, we will do it for you without any additional cost, except for the pearl and shipping expenses. Please make sure to e-mail us first before you send your product so that we know exactly what to do with your item.
