Our company is based in California in the USA. We are incorporated in the State of California and our office is located in the Airport Plaza in the City of Santee in East San Diego County.
We take all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Paypal and Google Checkout. There are a total of three methods of payment for you to choose from.
Please make a note that your credit card payments with our company will show as Oriental Pearls.
Our web site is tested and protected at all times. We verify any suspicious transaction after our security system flags, and we will REPORT any fraudulent activity should it happen in our store with no exceptions. We want to be sure that our customers` financial information remains confidential.
Sending Gift to A Different Address:
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, your order might be delayed to be shipped out for address verification. You can call us if you need it in a hurry or you will be contacted by us by e-mail or phone for verification. So please write down the correct phone number and e-mail, in case we need to reach you.
Shipping Dates:
Even with the address verification process for credit card transactions, most orders will be shipped within 24 hours, however some of them might take up to 3 days, after the order passes a series of fraud checks, excluding holidays and weekends. On rare occasions, due to large volume of sales for a certain popular item, our stock might temporarily run out for that particular item at the time that you order. In those instances, we will have to wait for the next shipment from our manufacturer (could take a few days up to a week) to send your order. A free pearl jewelry gift will be included. If you are pressed for time for your order, please use EXPRESS mail which guarantees your package will be on our high priority list and will be sent out usually within 48 hours, even with special orders to ensure a timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time:
We calculate delivery time by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination based on the shipping speed you have chosen.
Since we have a variety of shipping methods for you to choose from, your final delivery time will be based on your selected shipping method.
Delivery time will be based on several other factors, including your requested destination, weather conditions, and holiday seasons. For international orders, please also take into consideration the custom clearance time, or the service of your local shipping company. Therefore, we can only give you an estimated time of delivery.
Rush Order:

Shipping Information
Shipping Policy:
We ship worldwide to almost any international country. However, due to the high usage of fraudulently obtained credit card numbers in several Asian and Eastern European countries, we will verify credit card billing addresses, and card ownership before we ship any items to Asia or Eastern Europe, which can slightly delay the shipping process.
Credit card orders entered online from certain countries such as Indonesia, Romania, Russia, Turkmenistan, Philippines, along with some African countries may not be accepted unless you contact us before the order is placed. Only verified Paypal payment can be accepted.
We ship to addresses in the United States, including APOs, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. Some restrictions apply.

1. US First Class Airmail, without insurance and tracking: $4.99.
Airmail offers no insurance or tracking, we can only provide you with proof of shipping and cannot therefore take responsibility for any lost orders. This shipping method is limited to orders weighing in at less than 13 ounces and only recommended to those whose orders have little to no time constraints. Once shipped, airmail takes 5-10 days to arrive at its destination; Airmail orders are also processed last in our queue, after priority and express. This means that during holidays your order may take significantly longer than expected.
2. USPS Priority Mail Service, $6.97 for regular orders, $10.45 for large orders over 2lbs
Priority mail is the most recommended option to those without severe time constraints. We insure all packages sent priority and also provide every
customer with a tracking number for their package. For smaller orders up to 2lbs the price is $6.97. But for larger orders the cost is $10.45 to accommodate for the fact that larger orders need extra insurance. Priority
mail orders always take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped (typically no more than two days.) We typically process priority orders within two business days of when they are received, however we do not guarantee processing
time on priority orders; during a holiday rush your order may take longer to process.
3. Express Mail (1-2days): $21.97
Need your order yesterday? We can do it express. All express orders are rush processed and guaranteed to be sent out within one business day. If you need your order to be shipped out the same day and you`ve placed your order before 1:00 P.M. Please give our office a call and we`ll rush it out for you. All orders are sent USPS express overnight mail and will arrive within 1-2 days no matter where you live or what day it is. Our express
orders always take top priority.

We also use the flat rate for international shipping:
1. World Wide Airmail Shipping (7-17 days delivery) depending upon your country`s location and how quickly packages are processed by your local post office. Without insurance and tracking: $6.97.
2. Air Parcel (7-12days), with insurance: $14.75. This is the most secure way for international shipment. If your order is over $100, it will be automatically upgraded to Global Express shipping.
3. Global Express (3-5days), with insurance and tracking: $29.95. The fastest way for international shipment.
In very rare cases, packages may get lost en route to the intended destination. Therefore, we highly recommend that you use either Express Shipping or Air Parcel with insurance. By using Express Shipping, not only the package will be guaranteed to be delivered within 3-5 business days, but most importantly, the packaged can be tracked online. If time is not an issue, we recommend using Air Parcel with insurance, especially if you have a high-value order.
Delivery time for special order:
If you have a special order and need it urgently, you will probably have to pay the postage for the Express shipping fee, which we will ship by Express shipping methods including EMS, TNT, FedEx, UPS or DHL for weight under 1 pound. If time is no object, you can wait for our next shipment to come in and you will only need to pay the regular shipping rates. Since you will need to contact us for the special order first, you will be able to decide what kind of shipping method to purchase.

Payment Information
3 Methods of On line Payment:
We accept regular Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, along with Paypal and Google Checkout payment. All three payment methods are available for you to choose from directly online. Your credit card information are not accessible to us if you use any one of these three payment methods.
We use the highest security measure for all of our online transactions. We work with various agencies involved with the prevention and investigation of online credit card fraud. We reserve the right of not fulfilling your order should we decide your credit card is fraudulent and we will report any fraud immediately.
Placing your order online is actually our most secure way of ordering. All three of our processing companies never allow anyone to see your credit card information. We only know your billing and shipping address as well as your order information.

Check or Money Order Payment
We also accept cashier`s checks and personal checks. In the event you use a personal check or cashier`s check, please send to:

All orders by check or money order will be sent upon clearance or receipt of payment. Please include your order items with both product number and descriptions. Please ensure that your writing is legible, especially for your shipping address and contact information in case we have a question about your order.
Payment for Your Special Order:
If you have a special order, you can either place the order online directly or place it through Paypal. Please include both product number(s) and description(s) for your order.
Place the order on line - if your special order only involves changes in necklace length or type of clasp and you know the cost.
When you are checking out from our store, write your comment in the field of "Special Order Request." Specify your requirements and authorize us to charge the extra inch or inches on the same credit card that you are using. Your order will be processed immediately to the length that you specified.
Place it through Paypal or Google Checkout - if your special order involves a specific design or if you do not know the cost involved.
If you are making a payment from outside the U.S., we recommend that you use the Paypal payment method. As most foreign countries` local banks have limitations on international transactions, this might cause your transaction to be declined. Paypal will help in preventing this problem from occurring.
The easiest way is to send us an email for your special order and ask us to send you an invoice from either Paypal or Google. You will need to have a Paypal or Google account, which takes only a few minutes to sign up. However, there may be a delay in a response, especially if the email is sent on a weekend.
The quickest way, after you know the cost (either by phone, email or live support) and you want to get your order done fast, you can send us the payment directly from Paypal. Our email address at Paypal is "support@orientalpearls.net"
The technical way to place your order - if you are computer-savvy, you might find one of these options to be easier for you:
1). Download our online order form in PDF format and then print it out. Fill in your ordering information. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the form. If you don`t have it, you can go to www.adobe.com to download it for free. You can send it with your payment or fax us toll-free.
2). If you have MS Excel, you may choose to download the order form in its original format. Add your order information by computer and you can directly email or fax it to us.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California. This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in San Diego, California. All other states and countries are tax-exempt. If you have a reseller permit ID, please include it in your comment. As soon as the information is verified, we will include a check for the tax that you paid for in the package with your order.
