store supplier with large quantities that can meet the
minimum order requirement.
If you do have a store
or a business but do not want to order more than $1,000
at a time, you can purchase the pearls or pearl
jewelry directly on line here, there is NO minimum
order requirement for orders placed directly on line.
Depending upon your
store's size and volume, we do have special volume prices
for you, with a minimum order size of $1,000 requirement.

As a guarantee of
our product quality, we offer a six-month free
repair for all of our hand-made finished pearl
jewelry.
We understand most store owners
or retailers do not do repair work, so if there is
anything that needs to be repaired or be resized
or lengthed per your customers' request, please
send them back to us, and we will repair them for
you for FREE.
Any repair work, no
matter it was done by your little niece or your
grandson, your delivery guy or even your pets,
just send it back and we will repair it for you at
no extra cost. All you will have to pay is the
shipping cost involved. You can send it to our USA
or our supplier's office whichever is the most
convenient for you.

We inspect every
item before shipment to ensure you are receiving
your merchandise in perfect condition. However, if
you are not happy with your purchase for any
reason, you may send back the item within 10days
in its original condition with a copy of the
invoice. All returns are subject to approval. No
merchandise may be returned without obtaining a
return authorization within 5 (five) days of
receipt of merchandise. Call or email us first
before you make a return. We are not responsible
for damaged merchandise due to wear and
tear. However for
customized orders, a 15% restocking fee might be
applied especially if we had sent you a sample and
the items delivered are the same as the sample.
We will do an
exchange or fully refund your money for the
purchase price, including shipping & handling
if there are any problems on our part, which
including:You receive the wrong item;or You think
the item is misrepresented, i.e. the materials are
not the same as described on website, or there are
differences in size and length. (Please note that
slight color difference caused by the normal
process of photographing can not be included in
this situation.)

How do I become a wholesale
member?
1. A $5
membership processing fee for a wholesale member
account is required with your application form. As
long as you have a credit card, you can pay for
the membership through paypal.
Please note
the application fee is non refundable. And it will
be reimbursed
toward your purchase from us. And you are entitled to access
the wholesale member site for as long as you are a
member.

Tax ID number or a Seller's permit number in your

What kind of products and quantities you
are interested.

will be guaranteed to be reviewed only after you pay
$5 through paypal with the button above, which will
be reimbursed to you afterwards.
Are there any requirements for being
a member?
Wholesale area on
the Orientalpearls.net is open to the trade and
for people who meets our $1,000 minimum order
requirement. As long as you are engaged in jewelry
selling business, you will be qualified even
though you only have a home business. If your
business is located in California, you will need
to provide us with your Resale # (issued by the
California Board of Equalization) upon
request.
Once I have
registered as a member, how do I enter the
website?
As soon as the
payment and the above information is received and
verified as complete, you will receive an email
within 24 hours that has subject line as
"wholesale information with Orientalpearls.net."
Please click on the subscription button so that
you will receive not only the access information
to our website, but also the updated password in
the future to access our wholesale member only
site.
We
change our password and user name at regular
internal, usually every month, therefore it's
necessary to get your name on our mailing list as
we have many members for updated information.
You may unsubscribe
from our wholesale mailing list at any time.
Why is there a minimum of $1000 for
orders?
We pass on
significant savings to our wholesale members so
that they can have an price advantage in this
competitive world. Our competitive pricing
requires that we set an order at a minimum, which
is standard in business-to-business transactions
in the industry. We challenge that you won't find
another wholesaler has the same low wholesale
priced pearls or pearl jewelry than ours with such
an excellent customer service that is usually only
available for retail customers.
If you do
not give us a try, you would never know what kind
of profit you could have been making. Not
only that, most of our clients are telling us the
headaches they had when they used other suppliers.
