All of customers can buy directly online at low cost that are not available anywhere else in a store. However, if you have a reseller permit and need customized orders made specifically for your store, you can also sign up as a wholesale member.

How do I become a wholesale member?

2. Email or Fax us your resale permit.

3. As soon as it is approved, we will contact you so you can shop as a wholesaler.

Are there any requirements for being a member?

Wholesale area on the Orientalpearls.net is open to the trade and for people who meets our minimum order requirement. Our business really only works if our store owners (or customers) stick with us for the long-term. To qualify as a wholesale buyer, in addition to the resale permit, your first order will have a minimum order size of $500 USD. But we realize you`ve got to try our products first, to see if it`s right for you. If you would like to see the sample first, you can either order it by retail, or checkout a small amount with $500 to see how we measure up.

Once I have registered as a member, how do I enter the website?

Upon approval, you will receive an email that has subject line as “wholesale information with Orientalpearls.net” with your own email address and password. Then you can show as a wholesaler and and order online directly. Please click on the subscription button so that you will receive not only the access information to our website, but also the updated password in the future to access our wholesale member only site.

This page is only for people who has a seller permit and in the retail business who is interested in getting freshwater pearls direct from pearl farms at the lowest wholesale prices. There are certain requirements and minimum order sizes to be met in order to become a wholesale member. Also policy on returns is different from our retail customers.

We understand most store owners or retailers do not do repair work, so if there is anything that needs to be repaired or be resized or lengthed per your customers’ request, please send them back to us, and we will repair them for you for FREE.

Any repair work, no matter it was done by your little niece or your grandson, your delivery guy or even your pets, just send it back and we will repair it for you at no extra cost. All you will have to pay is the shipping cost involved. You can send it to our USA or our supplier’s office whichever is the most convenient for you.

We inspect every item before shipment to ensure you are receiving your merchandise in perfect condition. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may send back the item within 10days in its original condition with a copy of the invoice. All returns are subject to approval. No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a return authorization within 5(five) days of receipt of merchandise. Call or email us first before you make a return. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. However for customized orders, a 15% restocking fee might be applied especially if we had sent you a sample and the items delivered are the same as the sample.

We will do an exchange or fully refund your money for the purchase price, including shipping & handling if there are any problems on our part, which including:You receive the wrong item;or You think the item is misrepresented, i.e. the materials are not the same as described on website, or there are differences in size and length. (Please note that slight color difference caused by the normal process of photographing can not be included in this situation.)
