I, on one occasion only, returned a pearl necklace and you took it back willingly and reimbursed me promptly (good customer service). I have spoken to your staff on perhaps two occasions and always found them helpful and informtive. The pearls were just delivered. I have to tell you that my father
literally gasped when I opened the jewelry box. I was stunned. This is
one of the most beautiful suites of pearls I have ever seen in my life.
Your designer who chose to put together two different shapes and colors of pearls with two different shapes and colors of crystal beads
qualifies as a GENIUS in my book. The sizes and shapes and colors of
the pearls and the crystal beads work together in such a way that the
results leave me speechless, and Emma, I am rarely speechless. I love
words, and using words well, and having a wide variety of words from
which to choose. With respect to these pearls, I can only use
superlatives, these are the MOST beautiful, the MOST elegant, the most AWESOME pearl suite I can imagine. I don`t know whether when the designer was putting this combination of pearls and crystal together that he or she realize that this design would create a lot of happiness around the world, but it has and it will for a long time to come I am sure.
In addition, I must say that the presentation box for the pearl suite is
very impressive. It makes a perfect frame for the artwork of the
jewelry. I know that my father will be very proud to give these to my
mother.
As for me, with my great big personal pearl lust, I am really impressed
with the quality of the pearls. They have incredible pearlessence,
shine, and chattoyancy. I will feel very comfortable ordering from
Oriental Pearls in the future. LONG into the future.

both my daughter & I are amazed at how beautiful they are! i will admit to be slightly sceptical & expecting small pearls & tinny silver. This was not the case however, the silver is lovely & very strong & weighty. The pearls are magnificent, I ordered 4 different colours & they are all lovely.

I was very pleased with my wish pearl. My granddaughter just turned 5 and all she wanted for her birthday was a pearl as it is her birthstone. She knows pearls come from oysters, and she was very excited to be able to make her wish and open her oyster to discover her pearl. My order was not shipped out straight away due to certain stock not available anymore, but I was extremely happy with the service I recieved from your company as I got the items very quickly. I am happy with the goods and I looking to regularly shop with you as long the customer services is maintain, as I tend to put customer service as key attribute, if I was to return back. I can honestly say my experince with oriental pearl ticks all the correct boxes and I would recommend it to my friends.

Yes, I am very happy with my purchases and would certainly be interested in purchasing items again in the future.
The reasons I were happy were:
1. Prices were reasonable. Quality seems good so far.
2. People answered my emails promptly and to my satisfaction - I had a specific question about ring size and they addressed that. I also got an email to let me know the goods had been dispatched.
3. The parcel arrived earlier than expected which is always nice!
I think the website works and that`s what matters.

Just to say that I have been very pleased with all the jewellary I have received. I only have recently started to sell jewellery from home/ parties etc. I only plan to continue selling in this small manner. But I hope to return to your site and buy again in the future.
