I have received the pearl set and I am very pleased, and I sincerely hope tha my wife will too on Christmas morning!
Only one slight "concern": whilst the authenticity certificate is okay it would have been very nice if it had stated that these were AAA pearls, just to substantiate they are the best quality?

This is to tell you that today I received my pearl order of one strand. I am very pleased with how carefully it was packaged, and I am pleased with the pearls. There was only 1 pearl that did not pass my inspection, as there was a deep chip in the nacre of it, but every other pearl I deemed usable for my jewelry project. I am impressed with the very good uniformity and smoothness, and the luster! Nice luster.
What surprised me the most, however, was the free gift you included in the package. I had not known that you have a policy of giving a free gift, I'm a first time customer. So, when I opened the packet and saw what seemed to be a strand of blue and green and white pearls of nugget shape, I was startled, I thought, "They have sent me the wrong pearls!" but then I picked it up and found my order was actually hidden under it. Then I saw it says "Free gift" on the bracelet's packet.
Thank you for the bracelet! It is so lovely, I have been wearing it all day with great pleasure. I am really surprised at its great quality. I wish I can take lessons from the person who created the bracelet. I want to be able to make such finely knotted jewelry with such firmly attached clasps! I will definitely recommend your site to anyone who wants to get good quality pearls without poking a big hole in their wallets.

I am writing to say "Thank You" for your excellent customer service and beautiful product. I ordered the Wish Pearl gift set to be given as favors for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen surprise birthday party. They were shipped on a Monday and I received them the next day. All the girls loved their gift and wanted to open them right away to see what color pearl they received...you could hear them all saying " I wish for Love" or "I wish for Wealth", etc. and then they would open the oyster. Since these are older girls (16 and 17 year olds), I am also glad that I upgraded the necklace to the 18" chain, as I think it looked nicer than the shorter chain would have. On some of the girls the 16" chain would have been too tight around their necks. Needless to say, the Wish Pearl was a huge success.
