Our customers include both wholesale and retail customers as well as individuals.
Our wholesale clients include Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. who use our pearl jewelry as Christmas gifts to media companies in Europe who use them as subscription promotions to their new customers. We do not wish to publish our wholesale clients list to keep them confidential from our competitors. However, if you need a reference list, we will be gladly to fax one to you with those companies who have given us permission to use their names.
Our clients` geographical areas include almost everywhere in the world. Our transaction dollar amount range from under $10 to over $30,000, from retail to wholesale. Our goal is to make every one of our customers feel that their money is well spent and with the highest value guaranteed at a low price. Therefore, unlike other sites, we do not need to give away free stuff to reviewers in order to barter for good reviews on the internet.

Hello, Thank you for your note... I am a jewelry artist and love working with pearls and sterling silver.
My favorite pearls are round coins and the large round pearls with ridges. Even though the ridges are considered imperfections, I love the slightly irregular shapes and textures. What I like about your pearls is that I`ve found the shapes and sizes I want and they also have nice lustre. So many of the pearls I`ve looked at elsewhere have rough areas and bare spots - and these will not work for me.
The pearls I`ve received from you were very nice and well-priced. I would be pleased to order from you again.

I bought 5 sets of the necklace and earring for gifts for the bridesmaids in my wedding party. I was very pleased with your products. The pearls are in perfect condition and heavy. I was nervous that they would not look as nice or real. You have exceeded my expectations.
I would like to be added to your mailing list, there is no link in your email. And if you are handing out discounts... I will purchase another necklace set as a gift for my mother.
There was one item pictured on the site that I could not find to purchase. Its a pearl necklace strand with a ribbon to tie it. The site used to have a create your own section with a picture of that necklace on it. Now it`s not there anymore. I hope this helps.

I was very pleased with the pearls you sent, and also the gift of the little pearl earrings. The Jeweler who set the pearls in my Grandmother`s gold ring, asked the price. When I told him the total price, he asked if that was for one pearl. When I told him it was for all 3, he couldn`t believe it, and told me I had gotten "a heck of a deal". He did an excellent job, and it looks lovely. It`s a simple gold band with 3 sets of gold prongs on it, so the pearls are the main focus of the ring. My Granddaughter was thrilled with the ring, which I gave her for her Birthday, and thinks it`s beautiful, and special since it was her Great, Great, Grandmother`s.

As far as your website is concerned I have seen many that are less navigable and less clear, so I would not worry about it until you are ready to upgrade.
I know your stock in trade is focused on pearls but there are few places to find semi precious stone beads in decent quality and quantity, so you may look to expand in that direction at some future point.
Also hard to find are quality findings for setting and displaying pearls. I saw that you do have some, but your range is limited, so that is perhaps another avenue for expansion as you are able.

I was quite pleased with my last order as I have with all my orders from your company. I do tell everyone that asks where I purchased my pearls from. My friends would probably feel I was being a bit effeminate were I to discuss my purchases with them however the women I know certainly do ask and I am pleased to tell them. I`d also like to say that for the price the AA pearls are quite handsome. I have also been very pleased with the roundness and luster of the AA+ and AAA- pearls.
I wouldn`t worry about the appearance of your website. I can find what I`m looking for in it and that`s very important.

I made a series of orders for pearls, first to redo the beading on my wedding dress, and then higher grade pearls for gifts for my in-laws and bridal party. I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family, as you have consistently provided high quality merchandise and great customer service. As a matter of fact, I a very good friend of mine is getting married in another month, and I will recommend your company for her bridal party gifts.

I realize that to keep your prices low and your profits you cannot offer deep discounts...I would suggest perhaps offering a $3 or $5 discount for or after every $100 purchase for customers like myself, who buy for special occasions.
